Magnifique livre, conforme à la description. Je n'ai pas testé les recettes car c'était un cadeau, mais ça donne envie. Il change des traditionnels livres de recettes.
I LOVE this book, and I'm very picky about cookbooks. In the era of Pinterest it takes something really original and appealing for me to buy a cookbook and this was it! Gorgeous photography and design, simple yet creative vegetarian recipes, entertaining/styling tips... This book has it all!
This book is absolutely *gorgeous*. You could simply buy this book for the pictures to place on a coffee table. It is that stunning. The recipes are fantastic. This is the *best* picture cookbook I own and I own a small army worth of books. Highly recommend weather you are a vegetarian, vegan, or omnivore. This book is transitional. The recipes are down to earth, easy to make and the ingredients are not hard to find. Give this one a try. Trust me when I tell you the online pictures do not do this book any justice at all. Once you hold this in your hand, you will fall in love with it.
the recipes are so simple & yummy, and this (and all Forest Feast cookbooks) makes such a great gift because the book is so pretty. I think my favorite part is that for each recipe there is a picture of exactly what you'll need and even in the measurements they are to be in-- it sounds silly but it is super helpful when you just need a quick glance back at recipe for details- its that much quicker and very helpful! It is a very one of a kind cookbook
This author is one of my favorite cookbook authors and was really excited for this new release. The recipes are great, the pages beautiful and can not wait for more books from her. I'm not a vegetarian but have turned my family onto many new veggies and recipes because of these wonderful recipes. I use this as ideas I can add to or for great sides and appetizers. worth every penny.
Both of the Forest Feast Books by Erin Gleeson are my "go-to" cook books. I am happy that this book contains new recipes. I have already tried many of them to rave reviews. I am always guaranteed compliments on my cooking when I make these recipes. I also loved the inclusion of party tips such as using tape to create a flower arrangement. It allowed me to take drooping flowers and transform them into a beautiful low arrangement for my dinner party.
